We verify the tenant’s references as well as doing credit bureau checks, affiliated with ITC, Experian, etc to qualify prospective tenants. The owner then has the final say as to whom to rent their property.

We do an inspection with the tenant/s on occupation. This is kept on file and checked against the moving out inspection to ensure that the tenant is or is not liable for any damages. We also do follow up inspections from time to time. All this to ensure that your property stays in a good condition and increases in value year after year.
Prompt recovery of rent
In the unlikely event that a tenant is in default we have a very strict and effective credit control procedure. If rent is not received within 21 business days, we act as quickly as possible to replace the tenant thereby minimising loss of income and saving you unnecessary legal expenses you would incur if dealing with the tenant yourself.
